Shipping & Returns

Miss Marion is a small, family-run house. We pack and ship every order ourselves from Miami, Florida. Because orders are placed by email, a real person confirms the details with you before anything ships — so there are no surprises on either side.

How ordering works

Add what you'd like to your bag and choose Reserve Order by Email. That opens a pre-filled message to us with your items and subtotal. We reply within one to two business days to confirm availability, shipping cost, and your final total, then send payment instructions. No payment is taken on this website.

Processing & dispatch

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we pack and dispatch within two to three business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery

Domestic U.S. orders ship via USPS or UPS. Because our bottles vary in size and weight, we confirm the exact shipping cost for your address when we confirm your order. International shipping is available on request — write to us and we'll quote it before you commit.

Returns & exchanges

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, less the original shipping cost. For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance and grooming products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. To start a return, email us before sending anything back.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives broken, leaking, or wrong, let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order details. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
