These terms govern your use of the Miss Marion website and the placing of orders with Miss Marion Cosmetics, Inc. By using this site or sending us an order, you agree to them.
Orders & acceptance
Adding items to your bag and sending us an order by email is a request to purchase, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only when we reply to confirm availability and your total. We may decline or limit any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Shipping is quoted per order. No payment is collected through this website; we send payment instructions once your order is confirmed, and your order ships after payment is received.
Products & descriptions
Our fragrances are made in small batches in the Cuban-heritage tradition. We work hard to describe each one honestly, but scent is personal and screens vary, so colors and notes may differ slightly from what you see here.
Intellectual property
The Miss Marion name, wordmark, product names, photography, and site design are the property of Miss Marion Cosmetics, Inc. and may not be used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and our products are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Always read product labels and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
